    When making your reservation, enter the 10 digits of your house phone number in the space provided for the mobile phone.

  • I do not receive a verification code

    If after 2 attempts you do not receive a verification code, register as if it was your first reservation as a new customer

  • My phone number is outside of Canada / USA

    When making your reservation, enter your telephone number outside of Canada / USA in the space provided for the mobile telephone. It is important to note that for your next reservations in the future, in order to keep your client file and your visit history up to date, you must always proceed by re-registering as if it were your first visit while taking care to reuse exactly the same information from time to time.

    With the intention of properly planning our hairdressers' schedules as far in advance as possible in order to better serve our clients, we award more favorable per-minute pricing to clients who help us achieve this goal.

  • 7-day satisfaction guarantee

    If not 100% satisfied of your haircut within 7 days following your visit, come back to any of our salons with any of our hairdressers and we will  correct the situation free of charge. Your complete satisfaction is our priority.

    Everybody is welcomed at STATION10 as long as you have some hair to cut or beard to trim.

    Little water and very few chemicals are used in our various processes.

    Disinfectant products as well as UV ovens are used between each client to ensure that tools and equipment are clean

    Unique hair vaccum and cleaning system is used after each cut
